Very good
wonderful family stay
Liked: We had a wonderful family stay! The location was very convenient, with a large supermarket and Metro station nearby. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially PAUL, who made us feel truly welcome with his excellent service and warm hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Disliked: The toilet started leaking, and it was clear from the stains on the toilet and the floor, among other things, that this was not the first time it had happened. There was a slight smell of sewage. They fixed the leak, but there was still a slight smell afterwards. I liked that it was close to the metro, although the area felt a little out of the way. However, I have no major complaints about the location. Overall, the hotel was good, apart from the toilet and the bed. The double bed creaked and was very worn out. We had to sleep as far to the right as possible to avoid being woken up every time we turned over. The left side of the bed was also badly sagging, creating a downward slope. So, the toilet and the bed were the main downsides.

Liked: Good service and a friendly staff. The hotel is somewhat far from the city center, but it is very close to a metro station, which is a great help. I would like to thank the entire staff—without exception—and especially Mr. Paul and Ms. Danuta.
