Exceptional
Mediocre contemporary facility in prime location
Liked: Location, helpful staff
Disliked: There is no heated towel rail in the bathroom, so it remains damp. The bathroom door does not seal properly, allowing moisture and odours to enter the room. The rooms are on the third floor of an ordinary apartment building with a foul-smelling entrance, dirty lifts and a variety of people coming and going.
A wonderful stay in Milan! Clean rooms, friendly staff and great service. We would definitely recommend this property an

Disliked: There was nothing major that we disliked. Everything was good, and we had a pleasant experience.
Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Allowed me to check in early after arriving early into Milan after a long haul flight. Location was perfect. Close to everything but still quiet.
Disliked: I booked the smallest room which was small but fine for one person.
