Liked: I would like to give a special thank you to Krishini at the reception. She was absolutely amazing, incredibly helpful, and very welcoming. Her kindness and professionalism made a real difference, and she deserves special recognition for her outstanding service.
A very clean and comfortable hotel, unfortunately let down by its inconvenient and isolated location
Liked: The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a larger room than the one I had originally booked, which I really appreciated. Overall, I have no complaints about the room or the facilities.
Disliked: The location was by far the biggest downside. The hotel is in a very isolated area, with practically nothing within walking distance. The nearest metro station is at least a 15-minute walk away, and there are no convenient shops, supermarkets, cafés, or restaurants nearby. There is a discount store close to the hotel, but it mainly sells products in bulk, so you can't even buy something as simple as a single bottle of water. You basically have to buy everything elsewhere and carry it back from the metro station. This made the location quite inconvenient, especially after a long day exploring Milan. It's a shame, because the hotel itself is actually nice.
Liked: Safe area, bit of a walk to closest restaurant, but it was a great one, about 1km from M4 metro
Liked: Very good hotel. Great staff and helpfull. Clean room great bathroom. Great location for those that want to go watch football games at San Siro. Very accesible by metro and bus and many supermarkets nearby. Great breakfast too.
