Exceptional
Bathroom issues impacted my stay
Liked: The staff are lovely, professional, exceptional and kind, nothing was too much. The hotel is beautiful and in a lovely location. The breakfast was ample and varied enough for a short stay.
Disliked: I had a single room and had many issues with water that affected my stay. On Saturday I struggled to get any hot water from the shower. A maintenance man came and worked hard to fix the issue as quickly as possible but it made me 30 minutes late for a reservation. On Sunday (after my second and final night) I struggled, again, to get hot water from the shower and, with time running out, I settled for a low pressure, dribbling lukewarm shower. Worse still I had serious issues flushing the toilet (for more than an hour there wasn’t enough water to flush) and had to brush my teeth with lukewarm water (the sink eventually producing only lukewarm water).. As lovely as the staff, the hotel and location were, the plumbing issues were unacceptable and made the stay uncomfortable and poor value for money. I wish I’d stayed at a cheaper place with a working bathroom. Very frustrating.
Liked: The room, the service, and the breakfast were superb, plus the location. The restaurant and cafe are just in the neighbourhood.
Disliked: The walls are really thin, hence you can here the next room quite well:(

Liked: Beautiful accommodations, Comfortable bed! Excellent location, short walk to San Marco, Rialto Bridge. Very quiet.

Liked: Beautiful facility, in the perfect location, lovely staff, and a generous and delicious breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing at all.
Liked: We were warmly greeted by Pietro and Alma. They take great pride in their positions and were very helpful and accommodating. They also spoke fluent English which made life easier. We stored some items there that we didn't want to take on the rest of our journey. When we returned ten days later, the items were already in our room at check in. The dining area looked very quaint and charming with a very pretty garden where one could enjoy breakfast. We didn't have breakfast there but the buffet looked very nice and guests appeared to be enjoying themselves. Our rooms were very quiet since the hotel is set back from the street and is tucked behind large doors. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was nice. I appreciated the slippers and robe in the room. The hotel is located down the block from where Da Vinci's last supper is displayed. It is in a convenient location near metro stations. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
