Liked: Property itself is ok.
Disliked: Our experience with this property was extremely disappointing, and the main issue was their 8:00 PM check-in cut-off, which is not made sufficiently clear during the booking process. We had a late flight and arrived at the property at approximately 9:00 PM — only about one hour after their stated check-in deadline. Instead of offering any reasonable solution, the staff were completely unhelpful. We contacted them through Booking.com’s messaging system and were essentially told that there was nothing they could do and that we should simply come the next day. I then spoke by telephone with a person who introduced herself as Francesca. She was equally unhelpful and, with remarkable ease, told us that we could simply arrive the following day because there was nothing she could do. There was absolutely no attempt to find a solution, despite the fact that we had a valid reservation and were only arriving late because of our flight. We subsequently contacted Booking.com directly, and Booking.com cancelled the night that we were unable to use. The consequences were much more serious than simply losing one night. Because of this one-hour difference, we had to urgently find another accommodation. The first alternative was quite far away, and by the time we arrived there, public transportation was no longer available. We would have had to pay approximately the same amount as the accommodation itself for an Uber, so we ended up losing that booking as well. We then had to book another hotel in Milan at the last minute, at a considerably higher price. What makes this even more frustrating is that the property’s information needs to be much clearer and more prominent about the strict 8:00 PM check-in deadline. If arriving after 8:00 PM means that guests simply cannot access their accommodation under any circumstances, this should be made absolutely obvious before and during the booking process, rather than leaving travellers to discover it when they arrive.

Disliked: The facilities inside the apartment was very basic Hair dry was not working, no coffee machines. Shower Gel, Shampoo and Conditioner was all in one and the water doesn't go out from the shower.
