It’s was not the property it was the people that dropped the satisfaction level

Liked: Location and overall property was good.

Disliked: The behavior of the staff and the approach towards the customers. Yes as a hotelier I do understand sometimes it might not be possible due to certain constraints to fill the requirement of the guest. However the overall approach and interaction makes the difference and drives customer satisfaction. I believe the staff really need to focus on customer satisfaction rather than ending the conversations with policy and no we can’t do it type of phrases. I think a smile and courtesy goes along way even if the answer is NO.
