Disliked: Room temperature cannot be controlled from your room but you need to call the reception, in 2026! Bed not comfortable and dirty overall and very noisy rooms

Stressful and Rude
Liked: Location, and room was big enough
Disliked: When we arrived it was around 9pm and the staff told us checkout was at 12pm. We asked for late checkout until 1pm but they said no. 11am the next morning - they called and said that check out is at 11, we were surprised but okay and asked for some more time. 11:30 they came knocking to get us out. We said we need 5-10 more minutes. 11:33 they cut the power to the room. We were out by 11:35. Even if the checkout was actually 11am, other hotels don’t act like eviction landlords and treat you like some criminal for asking an extra 30-45 minutes maximum, especially when we checked in late the night before. Extremely unprofessional and rude. Also, the room temperature was freezing with no way to change it. This was the worst stay of our entire trip (we travelled all around Italy, Switzerland and France). Don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Disliked: The room has sewage smell. Small room. I dislike when I have to ask reception to fix things in the room when the hotel is supposed to ensure that the guest will be accommodated properly. I was in 4th floor room and while working on the desk, suddenly water leaked from the ceiling to my desk. Hotel has no iron.
