Good value. Unique decor. Close to Central Station

Liked: Spacious room. Comfy bed. Very unique decor in common area. Good location. Easy walk to Stazione Centrale. Fast, auto check-in. Good WiFi. Quality towels. Great to have an elevator.

Disliked: Room needs plugs near the bed. Squeaky wooden floor (Room 6). Nothing else.

Unkind agents and noisy, uncomfortable bed

Liked: The room was a good size. The room was not too far from Milan central station. The room had a balcony.

Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and very noisy, every little movement caused a loud noise. There was a large shared area but there were no facilities there like even a kettle for hot water. There was no staff on check-in and the agents communicated only on WhatsApp. They were rude and impatient when we had a misunderstanding and did not provide me with the full information upfront. If staff had been present at any time during my stay, we could have resolved it in person, but there was nobody to talk to.

Liked: We had a very comfortable stay here. The apartment was clean, tidy & well presented, and the staff we met at the property and those we communicated with online were friendly, responsive and very helpful. The apartment is part of a larger complex, with several suites sharing a communal area, although during our stay we didn't see or hear any other guests and it was very quiet. The air conditioning in the room was particularly welcome during the hot Milan night. The location was also excellent for us - an easy walk from Milano Centrale, making it very convenient for arriving and continuing our travels by train. Overall, a very good, comfortable place to stay in Milan, with particularly helpful service. We would happily stay here again.
