Fabulous
Apartment ok, but terrible owner
Disliked: Apartment ok, but owner terrible. First he sends you a random link to fill data, of course not on booking, then next day he ask for your Id photo and later for your address. Next data is deleted on his phone he asks you again to do it. Thats disrespectul to guest time. On top of that there was no kettle in apartment, and owner suggested to use teapot. Also he is sendning links to pay taxproperty which doesnt allow disposable cards. If you respect your time, choose different appartment, owner should work on a call center.
Convenient stay and one step away from Bicocca University
Liked: There was a generous breakfast and straightforward check-in/out. The flat was fully equiped. The location is perfect for someone who wants to stay near Bicocca University. There are all means of transport nearby and the area is very quiet.
Disliked: A handheld showerhead would be convenient (in addition to the existing fixed one).
Exceptional
Good stay in a large building complex very close to University of Milan Bicocca
Liked: The apartment was very clean and quite compact, it has everything you need for a short stay. The bathroom is spacious and well-equipped. The whole area is also very silent. The apartment is located in a residential area right next to the University of Milan Bicocca, which is where I had to go and therefore very convenient for me. Good communication with the host.
Disliked: I found the check-in very tricky, as the apartment is located in a massive building complex with multiple entrances and gates, and you need to find the right ones (and use 2 different codes every time). Frankly, it was a treasury hunt and I got lost a few times. I received the check-in information exactly on the day of my arrival and it would have been much helpful to receive it in advance. Moreover, there is not much around the area as this is a new development zone and mostly residential.
Easy and pleasant stay in Biccoocca
Liked: The location, close to all facilities and transport. Very clean, quiet, comfortable. Large room, luminous bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Clear instructions from the owner on all items.
Disliked: The shower is rather small.

Liked: It was very nice and cute apartment, it was a bit far from city center but at least accessible by metro. I felt good inside, it was clean, it had a beautiful little terrace. Communication with host was also good, I recieved all of the instructions.
Disliked: It was a bit uncomfortable for one reason... it was extremely cold. I tried to turn on the heating but it was not working. I slept in my hoodie and sweatpants to be warm, even the floor was super cold. I guess it was still cold outside for end of April, but they already turned off heating system... I don't know. In summer it may be okay. But for that reason I had to put 3 stars down, it was hard to stay there.
