Guest reviews
Very good
thank you
Liked: The location was great. The metro station was nearby, and the Duomo and Visitor Center were within walking distance. I arrived early, and they kindly let me check in early for free, which was very helpful. I also liked that the room had a bathtub and free mineral water. I had a very comfortable stay.
Liked: Everything
Liked: Good location
Disliked: Very old hotel breakfast very poor same every day
Liked: Location
Overall a great base for Milan
Liked: Beds were very comfortable, rooms a good size, the shower was a good 'un, and the general decor very pleasing. The daily replenished complimentary contents of the mini bar was a lovely touch. Breakfast was comprehensive and the breakfast staff were very good. The location of the hotel was really good too, close to metro and tram options as well as to the Duomo... but not too close either.
Disliked: Being picky, one of the lifts did not work for the entire duration of my stay, but the other two coped well enough.
Overall I had a wonderful experience. I would return and recommend the property to others
Liked: The hotel is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful and the location is excellent!
Disliked: The breakfast was okay
