Exceptional
Very good location, good breakfast, staff were friendly and welcoming
Liked: The location of the hotel is very good! Breakfast was fantastic and has many options. Special mention to the kitchen staff Jessa and Che Che who always smile and very accommodating. They always ask if we were fine or if we want anything else. They are both hard working and ensure that the buffet area is not running out of food. The receptionist Elisa and John were also helpful and welcoming. We arrived quite early before check in time however, we were accommodated as the room was ready. They have luggage storage which was very convenient when we checked out as our flight was at night. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Disliked: The flush in the toilet was temperamental however, they fixed it promptly which was great.
Great hotel with an excellent location. Attentive staff!
Liked: Excellent location. Great staff. Elisa made sure I was comfortable waiting for room and provided a small upgrade. Had espresso machine and cookies in lobby. And had a welcome drink.

Liked: The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The staff gave us a warm welcome and even surprised us with a lovely gift. A special thanks to Hajar for her excellent support throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, and our room was cleaned every day. We had a wonderful experience and really appreciated the hospitality!
