Exceptional
Will not be staying again
Liked: Only positive is the close proximity to Milano Centrale. Shower was good too but the rest of the property didn't meet our expectations and wasn't a value for money.
Disliked: The double bed was awful and very uncomfortable. The temperature control didn't work and it got quite warm in the room. Opened the windows to realise the room backs to the waste storage site causing too much noise. TV didn't work as the remote was a different brand so we could only control the volume and power. Walls are thin so we could hear people in the communal area.
Clean, with comfortable rooms and thoughtful presentation. The location was convenient to both the Metro and Milano Cent
Liked: We had a very enjoyable stay at Cà Bèla Mercadante. The accommodation was modern, stylish and exceptionally clean, with comfortable rooms and thoughtful presentation. The location was excellent, with easy access to the metro, Milano Centrale and plenty of nearby cafés and restaurants. Communication was helpful and efficient, making our stay straightforward and hassle-free. A great base for exploring Milan, and somewhere I would seek out next time I’m in Milano.
Disliked: Not so much a negative, but the shared kitchen and lounge areas were a little unusual. Situated along the hallway and above the stairs in the entrance foyer, they felt somewhat unconventional. Although they were clean, tidy, and attractively decorated, they did not feel practical.
Liked: Great newly renovated room, pristinely clean, with a super friendly and helpful team. Great stay!
Disliked: No reception counter, no tea kettle in room, every time go to kitchen,
