Fabulous
Great hotel, great location and over the top breakfast!
Liked: The breakfast was extraordinary! We also ate dinner in the dining room one evening and it was superb! The room was large, two beds, one table, plenty of storage space. The lobby and rooms are decorated in a fantastical style so I'm not sure it good for kids. The staff is friendly, professional and attentive. I would definitely stay there again!
Very quirky hotel fun and different. Disappointed rooftop bar closed early

PREPARE FOR FUN
Liked: We chose to be close to concert venue. Very quirky and lots of fun. Staff were great and helpful in every way. Quite a way from centre, but regular trams with nearby stops. Breakfast choices very good.
Disliked: Really nothing much not to like. Dinner menu is a bit limited, but a few nearby places to eat. Coffee/tea in rooms not great....no milk during both our stays, but supermarket close by.

Liked: We did a luggage forward from Venice to Collins rooms (Milan) and they accepted and held a suit case for us for 4 days before we arrived. The entire staff was very friendly. The room was large and the air conditioning worked great.
Disliked: Let’s just say the decor of the hotel was very interesting.
