  Liked: I travel regularly in Italy for business. On this occasion due to a late meeting I missed the last train home and was forced to stay the night. I was treated as a massive inconvenience for the staff. In particular the late night porter who was shockingly lecturing, patronising and sarcastic. I’ve enjoyed many stays in Italian hotels and without exception the staff have been excellent. This was exceptionally awful, I shall not be returning.

  Liked: After traveling 700km we were asked to first park our car outside of the residence, check in and only then we could enter. Not the best way to start if you know there were no free spots around the area

  Don't expect much

  Liked: A few things. We stayed for two nights. The rooms are alright - as shown in photos. Nothing was wrong with the room, it's just everything else that's out of touch with this hotel. You have to leave a security deposit in cash (since they don't do holds on credit card). The closest ATM is about 900m away although the area is really sketchy so walking at 11pm hunting for a working ATM wasn't the greatest. You have a kitchenette but it's 50Euros to use it. There's no breakfast although it's advertised as such. The staff is nice, I get these policies aren't they're own doing. I will most likely not be coming back to his hotel next time I'm in Milan.
