I had a pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Milan City! One of the highlights was the attentive customer service at the front
Liked: Staff are polite and helpful Room was clean
Liked: The room was fine and very normal but small
Disliked: The property had its highlights of having a pool and a sauna facility, but this is not the case. It's hidden in the fine print these these facilities are actually not available. They have them as featured facilities on their website, but you cannot use them
Perfect location. Very clean
Liked: The room was very clean and was cleaned regularly throughout our stay. All the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast team was especially amazing! They were extremely friendly, helpful, attentive, and welcoming. Their excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the great hospitality!
Disliked: I booked this hotel because it offers a fitness centre, a sauna and a swimming pool. Unfortunately, when we checked in, we were informed that the fitness centre and swimming pool were unavailable due to renovation work. Guests should be informed about this before booking or arriving at the hotel. I understand that the pool may be less important because of the weather, but the fitness centre was important to us. It was disappointing not to receive this information in advance. Better communication with guests is needed.
Liked: Staff were polite and friendly. Location is excellent, next to Sondrio metro station.
Liked: The staff is friendly, especially Ms. Monica at the reception. She is very friendly, supportive, helpful, and professional. A special thanks to her for making the experience so pleasant! ❤️ The location is great, and everything was good overall.
Disliked: The facilities are a bit outdated and would benefit from renovation, especially the room and bathroom. The room also needs more thorough and careful cleaning.
