  Improvements need to be made

  Liked: Rooftop was great. People were very nice.

  Disliked: The hotel needs renovation. The heater was not working at night and it was blowing cold air. We got seek out of it. We mentioned this three times at the reception, they send someone but nothing was done. Additionally the bath tub was clogged.

  Liked: The breakfast was really fine.

  Disliked: The bathroom needs a renovation. The showerhose was leaking. There were plenty of limescale stains on the water taps.

  Very good for us thanks

  Liked: Location worked very well for us as we were doing train trips from Centrale. Good public transport links

  Disliked: All the croissants had sugar on! I thought the beer at the Rooftop was just a little pricey for what it was. Good range of craft bottles which I liked, but at 12 euro I was only ever going to have one

  Liked: Employees very very friendly and willing to help and solve issues. Rooftop is very nice when the weather is sunny.

  Disliked: The first room (127) was a disaster. A lot of noice, flags making increadable noice (iron on iron), located road side and a restaurant far too small when the hotel is fully booked. We got after some discussion another room (121), still noisy but no flags.
