Guest reviews
Very good
Convenient and spacious
Liked: Location was excellent. Near to public transport. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable bed. Spacious room and bathroom.
Disliked: Difficult to control air conditioning. For us the room was a bit too cold (basement). No garden view. Two lamps were broken.
Liked: Location was great. Parking was also great and we really appreciated the ability to park when we arrived early. Included breakfast was excellent
Disliked: Confusing check-in process. It would have been better if we could have completed the check-in steps when we arrived. We understood that we couldn’t access the room at that time but it would have eliminated the need to hurry back in the evening to check-in by 9
Duomo Smart Suites was a perfect location and the service was exceptional
Liked: The staff was very accommodating. We left our bags with them both before check in and the day of check out and they called us a taxi when we were leaving. They also carried our bags to the room, which was across the street in a beautiful complex with a courtyard. The location was very convenient as well. Walking distance to all attractions and the historical area.
Disliked: There were no negatives. The communication was wonderful and service exceptional.
Very pleasant
Liked: The suite was very functional and has everything you need to have a good stay Mourizio was extremely helpful
Disliked: The suite is called the Presidential Suite, which it really isn’t It’s very cosy and comfortable but not Presidential A more apt name would be the Mezzanine Suite.
Liked: Great location and friendly staff.
Disliked: Our room was almost underground, dark and like a dungeon. The street window looked into our room and we could hear everyone talking outside.
Liked: Good
