  Great location with positives and negatives

  Liked: Location is fantastic, our room was very clean, a reasonable size and serviced every day, and we did really have a view of the Duomo. Breakfast was served in a small breakfast room and is good (hard boiled eggs, 2-3 kinds of cheese, 2 kinds of salami, small fresh fruit selection, pastries and bread). Staff were nice and helpful. It was also close to multiple tram and subway lines.

  Disliked: Biggest issue was the wifi connection, which constantly dropped or couldn't connect during our multi-day stay. This occurred at all hours including very late at night (1 AM), while connecting for email/web browsing, not watching videos etc. The front of the building was under construction, making it difficult to find - entrance was through the service entrance in the back. The bed in our room was memory foam, and close to needing a refresh. Bathroom was spotless and modern but layout was inconvenient despite 2 entrances, with shower in between the sink and toilet (so you have to traverse the shower or walk through the room to wash your hands after using the toilet). The rooms were expensive as our stay was during Fashion Week.

  Nice place, but room was very hot

  Liked: The location was great.

  Disliked: I don't understand some of these hotels turning off the air conditioning when it's still fairly warm outside and you have tourists coming from areas that may find this temperature to be quite hot and would like to have the comfort of having air conditioning available as it is stated in the listing. When asked if it could be turned back on, was told that it is now considered winter and only heat is available.So the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep in

  Liked: Loved the ambiance. Beautiful remodeling. Good call on having camera in the elevator. Breakfast was good, annabelle was fantastic in service! Very sweet and accommodating.

  Well situated and OK quality

  Liked: Everything ok for the price we paid for the area and time.

  Disliked: The entrance from the dark alley was not so pleasant. During the day the lift was not working for some time. As we wereon the sixth floor we were pleased not have to get up the stairs with suitcases, but down.
