Liked: Location is excellent and hotel is clean.
Disliked: They did not supply tea kettle or tea bags in the room. It is great inconvenience for people who are used to bed tea.

Liked: Clean comfortable rooms and good location from eating out & shopping plus close to Metro

The room we staying was okay and not quite comfortable as we expected
Liked: The bathroom was nice and spacious. But the bedroom itself was not quite comfortable because the sheets were somewhat rough and not soft to the touch. So it seemed a bit stuffy.
Disliked: We noted the drawer by the bedside was broken, so we couldn’t use it
Great location
Liked: The location was great, half way between the central railway station and the historic centre. The shower was strong and hot. There's a fridge and sockets by the bed. There are several good bars and restaurants in the immediate area. There's also a convenient supermarket close by. The room was very clean.
Disliked: In common with most hotels around the world, solo travellers are charged a premium and put in a broom cupboard! The room was very small, the bathroom even smaller and the single bed was very uncomfortable. No kettle, but this is common in Italy.

Please note that the access to the spa costs extra EUR 20 per person per 1 hour. Any other person in the same group will pay 10 EUR per access per hour.
