Very good
Nightmare in Milan
Liked: The location
Disliked: We were unable to enter the flat due to a compromised lock on both days that we stayed. We called the given phone number and asked for help. The man refused to come to help on the first day. On the second day we were totally locked out for hours into the night. We were tired, wet from the rain and had to use the bathroom. There was no response from the man. We called from other phones (friends) and there was still no response. We texted and emailed and there were no responses. We used a phone from a neighboring store owner and my son in a different location called as well. Still no response. We sat in the hall beside the window waiting for help and trying to book at a different location for the night however we coyldnt retrieve our belongings. The neighboring store manager came back to try to open the lock himself but to no avail. After multiple tries and a long period of time the store owner was able to open the lock for us. We entered but we could not leave the room once inside for fear of not being able to unlock the door and re-enter again. We also expected to sleep on 2 separate beds. Only one bed had sheets and pillows and blankets. We requested bedding for the 2nd night and still did not receive any bedding. This was unacceptable and very distressing. We would never tell anyone to use this booking again.
Excellent, would definitely recommend it and plan to come back again
Liked: Location, location, location! 10 steps from the Duomo plaza.
Enjoyable
Liked: Clean and comfortable and close to Duomo and shopping. Great location.
Disliked: A little bit of noise in early morning outside.
Shouldn't be on your website and hopefully people stay away
Disliked: The room we payed for was to have a terrace and didn't the kitchen area for the fridge was a common area for two rooms no clothes closet And was supposed to have a amazing view of the Cathedral but building was covered up from the outside the owner didn't notify us that they are doing construction to the building so we could of found a different place to stay for the money we felt like we were lie to and deceived by the pictures from website this place needs to be investigated by booking.com when we talked to the owner he said he didn't know that they were going to do construction on the building inside and out and the only compensation he was willing to do was wave the city tax and said that we already got a good price and next time we are in town he will give us a good deal but for us it was a once in a lifetime trip definitely makes us think twice about about using booking.com in the future i guess we put too much faith and trust in a online company to verify the places that they advertise for
Satisfied

Disliked: None
I will stay here every time!
Liked: The location was right in the center to walk everywhere! The room was fantastic and if I had a big group we could have shared an entire apartment.
