  The worst stay ever.I hope booking will remove it from their app from their app

  Disliked: All: Drainage smell near the entrance,decor pictures all over,dirty rooms dust all over all days and last not least our earring we forgot in bath rob,the didn’t even call the house keeper and make report and call the police,they don’t even check their workers in and out.our earrings are expensive.REALY it was the worst hotel ever.

  A memorable stay in an iconic Milan location, with fantastic staff and unbeatable access to the city

  Liked: The location was absolutely exceptional, right inside the iconic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, offering immediate access to the very heart of Milan. It was the perfect base for exploring both the city's trendy shopping districts and its historical and cultural attractions, with everything just a short walk away. The staff were fantastic, welcoming, friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The combination of such a unique location and excellent hospitality made for a memorable experience.

  Disliked: We were offered a 30% discount at the hotel restaurant, which was a nice gesture. However, it was disappointing to discover that the discount could not be applied to breakfast.

  Can’t wait to go back once again

  Liked: Everything was honestly perfect—the family itself was so welcoming, and the place was incredibly peaceful with a mind-blowing view. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and even more. The kitchen was fully equipped as well, and having a sauna and jacuzzi made the whole stay even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment there and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay
