Very disappointing experience for a 4-star hotel
Liked: The breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices. Conveniently located near the station.
Disliked: A hot water failure required our young children to take cold showers. The staff was not helpful and only advised us to wait for the issue to be resolved, which meant keeping our young children up very late into the evening. The front desk did not offer any compensation, and management never replied to our follow-up emails.

Disliked: was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. Firstly, I left a personal belonging in the bathroom and reported it missing on the very same day. Unfortunately, the housekeeping team was unable to retrieve it. Secondly, upon arrival, I had to request kettles for the room myself, which should ideally have been provided without having to ask. There were also no spare cushions or additional blankets available. Whilst the location is good, the overall standard of the hotel and the level of service provided by the staff fell short of my expectations. I would, however, like to acknowledge that some members of the reception team were courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff I dealt with by email and telephone was particularly disappointing, as they were often rather unpleasant and unhelpful. Overall, although the location is convenient, the quality of the service and the attitude of certain members of staff significantly detracted from my experience.

Liked: Very clean, comfortable room with fantastic view of Milano Centrale. We arrived by train and appreciated the very short walk across the street to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as shopping and food available in the train station. Easy to reach the rest of the city by metro or tram.
