Fabulous
Disappointing stay with uncomfortable beds, poor cleanliness and dim room lighting. Not worth the price
Liked: The hotel had a good location, making it convenient to explore Milan.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the price and the hotel’s advertised standard. The beds were particularly uncomfortable, as two single beds had simply been pushed together to make a double bed, which affected our sleeping comfort. The lighting in the room was excessively dim, making it feel dark, dull and gloomy rather than bright, comfortable and welcoming. The cleanliness was also below expectations, and the facilities were fairly average. Overall, the hotel did not provide the level of comfort or quality we expected, making it poor value for money.
Liked: It was a warm welcome. It is a wonderful property. We got an upgrade with garden view an free entry to the pool.
Disliked: All was perfect.

Liked: Wonderful location - a good 30 min walk to the city centre - staff all very helpful - elegant rooms
Disliked: Could do with a bit of an upgrade in places but nothing drastic

Disliked: Proximity to sub-way station and Bocconi university. Parking space

Disliked: Too far from center and during night was really laudy

Disliked: The bidet in the bathroom was broken and it was cold in the room.
