Very good
Liked: Very friendly staff. Parking in the underground car park was free.
Disliked: We booked a Junior Suite. In the suite we were first shown to, the wallpaper had come away from the wall. When I raised this as a complaint, the very friendly staff immediately arranged for us to move to a suite that was in good condition.
Property was a little expensive when adding the in the tax
Liked: Ok location, good bakeries near.
Disliked: Access to the property, gates to property could be an issue.

Great stay with easy access to public transport
Liked: Close to red metro line, in quiet neighbourhood. Easy to go to attractions like Duomo (15 minutes metro) and easy to go to MXP by public transport (red metro line + Airport train) in an hour and 7 minutes.
Great room and staff
Liked: Staff was very friendly and even spoke French. Clear explanations. The room was very clean with complimentary tea/coffee and shower gel/shampoo. Free parking spots underground. 3min walk to Lidl, went there to stock up on some Baiocchi biscuits before heading to the airport in the morning.
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. For a Hilton hotel, you would expect more choice and tastier dishes. It gets the job done though.
Liked: The gym
Disliked: No room service before 5pm Just a small shop to get snakes from No Breakfast room service
