Guest reviews
Very good
Liked: room and staff
Disliked: light not working in sauna but still great
Liked: We were on overnight trip in city centre and this hotel was a true jackpot. Amazingly clean, though very compact but all details match the concept. Nice interior design, super friendly staff and right in the walking distance to Piazza del Duomo. A lot of shopping possibilities and restaurants around.
Bellismo

Disliked: Nothing to complain
Hotel Ariston is a solid hotel, comfortable stay but has some areas it needs to work on
Liked: Location was close to the Duomo. Breakfast was very good. Staff was helpful. Room was clean.
Disliked: Bathroom was small, especially shower. The wifi on the TV did not work. The fridge did not work.
Overall good
Liked: Location was great-good size room with closet space. Breakfast was good
Disliked: Room was warm AC did not turn on. Beds very uncomfortable
Liked: The hotel is centrally located, which is convenient. The breakfast was very good, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: However, the tram line runs directly in front of the building, causing considerable noise throughout the day and night. Despite the information on Booking.com, there was no parking available, and finding parking nearby was extremely difficult. The hotel’s recommendations were not helpful. Please do not advertise parking as an available facility if it is not provided.
