Fabulous
Good overall especially for the price and location
Liked: Location was good: close to train station, easily walkable to city center/Duomo area. The hotel was cute with good breakfast and friendly staff!
Disliked: Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. A/C did not work.
Not worth the money, rooms outdated and cold
Liked: Breakfast was great, very nice lady serving coffee. A lot of options to choose from. Location was good, close to the main train station and metro. Many restaurants nearby. Room was outdated, but was clean. Got new towels every day, house keeping did a good job. There is an elavator available.
Disliked: The room was very outdated, ugly and cold. We wanted to use the AC for heating but could not switch it to heating mode, when we asked the receptionist, I was told they cannot turn the heating mode on, because the heating system is not turned on in the entire city of Milan, what a ridiculous lie. Obviously AC has nothing to do with the city heating. At least we were gven extra blankets, which smelled fresh and clean. The shower had very poor water pressure and the water flow was very poor and thin. The toilet valve was broken. Wifi was slow.
Disappointing
Liked: Great location near the station. Room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: No lighting in the courtyard where the room was located. Made it difficult to see numbers and locate room. Coffee making facilities not useable as the pins on the kettle plug much wider than the plug socket. Shower door pushed in the wrong way so unable to shower on day one. When I reported to reception they said I must have broken it and now they had to remove the strips to fix. When I tried to explain how I found it he just said it was not like that you have pushed it in. If I had made a mistake I would have no hesitation in explaining. Being accused of lying really ruined the stay.
