Very good
Clean, nice staff, close to station
Liked: The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as we had to be up early to get a train.
Disliked: The bed was quite hard! And the air conditioning very loud so we just switched it off. Apart from that everything was fine.

Ideal for the station, not for sleeping
Liked: The location is the star. The hotel is right opposite the train station, which makes travelling so much easier. The staff were very friendly, from the 24-hour reception to the breakfast team, and someone was always around to help. The bathroom was updated and spotless, with good water pressure and hot water straight away. Housekeeping came every day, with fresh towels and the bed made.
Disliked: The hotel feels dated and needs a refurbishment. My single room was very small, the carpet was torn in the corners, and there was no chair, so I had to work on the bed even though there was a desk. The mattress and pillows were very hard. The worst part was the noise. The walls are thin, the plumbing is loud, and every flush from next door woke me up, along with footsteps from upstairs and voices from the neighbouring rooms. I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep, and by the end I was looking forward to checking out.

The room was easy to get to and breakfast was good
Liked: Location next to the Milan centrale and lots of eating options.
Disliked: The bed was so hard that I slept on top of the covers. Also the shower was so small it was difficult to enter
Can’t beat the location for moving around the City
Liked: Location was excellent for access to planes (shuttle service), trains (long distance and metro) and automobiles (taxi stand).
Disliked: We had a bit of a challenge finding mid-range $$ restaurants. Plenty of cafe’s and pizza joints, several options for Italian Indian, Chinese, Middle-East dishes but most were either $ or $$$. The restos recommended by desk staff were good.
