Very good
Convenient location if requiring train travel, especially to airport
Liked: This was a lovely, clean hotel located near the train station but still within a quiet area. There was even a beautiful church up the road from it and bars and cafes nearby. An easy walk to the Corso Buenos Aires shopping street. A fairly good breakfast is served and there is a small outdoor, garden space you can relax in. Tea coffee facilities and fridge are appreciated.

Disliked: Poor staff attitude, not welcoming. The breakfast was far worse than Hotel Bristol nearby.
Wonderful two night stay!
Liked: The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, the breakfast was wonderful, our room was comfortable. The location to the train station was very close and easy to wheel our luggage to without difficulty. We would definitely stay again!
Disliked: Most European bathrooms are smaller than what we are used to and that is to be expected. If you are a larger person the shower may be a little tight but the water pressure is strong and warm😊

Liked: Very good loacation, near Centale (Mila Central train station) but safe and quiet. can walk to Metro 2, 3 line even 1 line at Porta Venezia is in walking distance, very good location. The size of the room is good with the high ceiling and high window. the room is clean. The breakfast is very good for European standard, many choice of pastries, fruites and cheese. The staffs very warm welcome & helpful. I love the little garden of the hotel you can have breakfast or spend your cozy time there.

Liked: Location is great. 5 mins walk to Milan Central Station/ trains/subway/ easy take train to MXP airport/ The breakfast is a very good, thanks to the nice people who work there. Room is small but clean, I am comfortable after I got extra pillows.
Disliked: I stayed hotels in Florence and Venice before arriving Milano, There is a sign on their small refrigerator. If the drinks inside are charged, you will know at a glance. But here they don't have any signs, people would think it's commentary. Then when you checking out will be told that 2.50 euro each bottle and you had how many bottles. I wish they will post a notes. So no surprise when you’re leaving.
