Fabulous
Liked: We like the hotel. It's just standard hotel. The staff is very good, helpful and kind.
Disliked: The bathroom was stuffy and I didn't feel relieved especially after using the shower. Air filter and ventilation system should have been used. (I'm writing after 3 months I stayed and I still remember that stuffy bathroom.)

Liked: Is a good hotel, located about 10-15 mins walk from Duomo but well connected to 3 metro stations (Turati, Muscova, Palestro). Friendly helpful staff all around, clean. Reception staff very helpful with directions, maps and advisories (since we landed on the night of the protests at Duomo) and guided us to the safe areas. The umbrellas at doorway appreciated as it rained a few days. We had asked for a balcony deluxe room on higher floors but were given one on 2nd floor with no view. Considering it was lean months....well, didn't appreciate that.
Disliked: For what it charges it is unacceptable that some simple but important things are not provided and are charged separately. - it is unforgivable to provide ONE bottle of water for duration of stay (we stayed 4 nights). - No coffee in Italy?!?! There's a watery tasteless readymade coffee mixture in a container. No espresso or any other coffee/no coffee machine. Of course it is made available at an extra and i would say exorbitant cost! Did management never entertain the idea of getting a coffee machine dispenser? Is a standard even in 2-3 star hotels... - Only scrambled or boiled eggs. Any other (fried, omelette) - yes you got it - at an extra cost Also no way to work the aircon. It remained at a high temperature. The option, we were told, was to keep the balcony doors open - which was just way too noisy through the night. So many uncomfortable nights tossing and turning.
It was a great place for our 2 nights in Milan
Liked: Location great for walking everywhere. Bed comfortable and restaurant good. Nice outdoor bar for drinks.
Disliked: We couldn’t work out how to get air con to work and had to queue for breakfast as it was so busy but overall everything good.

Disliked: The stay was okay overall, but the experience felt quite basic. The staff were not particularly welcoming and seemed to do only the minimum required. The room also felt rather dark, with limited natural light from a window on one side, and it lacked a cosy atmosphere. There is definitely room for improvement in both service and comfort.
