Fabulous
Liked: Not applicable
Disliked: Room Service
Liked: A very positive experience in every respect. The location is very convenient, the hotel is well kept and nicely designed, and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and the service was always excellent. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I'd recommend it and would happily stay again.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was very very good
Liked: Location. Renovated room
Liked: Clean rooms. Good size bathroom and shower. Close to the train station for convenient early morning departure
Liked: It was really a good experience, a friendly environment and they gave us a complimentary breakfast. They were very, very friendly like a family
Convenient with friendly staff but not overly impressed with the room itself
Liked: The location next to the station was very convenient and the staff were very friendly.
Disliked: The bathroom in our room was a shower with only half a wall, so the entire room became wet when anyone used the shower. Also, the toilet leaked water out of the tank every time we flushed. The beds in our room were not very comfortable. You can feel the springs in your back with very little cushion, and the bedding is thin and seems older. All of these things are minor inconveniences, but the price is not cheap. Perhaps it’s just the one room and all of the others are not a problem. We were there for a short stay so we managed with what we had.
