  Great location, 24 hour reception and very clean

  Liked: Great location, 24 hour reception where you leave your key so you don't have to worry about losing it, very clean and great for the price. Breakfast had lovely pastries and coffee. The lift was great as we were on the top floor with nice views. Very handy mini fridge under the desk and a usb plug in for all countries.

  Disliked: The cleaner being on the phone very loudly every morning in the echoey corridor before 8am. It meant that you couldn't rest.

  Hidden Gem in the middle of everything

  Liked: Location was fantastic, next door to the Duomo Cathedral. Huge range of cafes and eateries nearby. I love the small all inclusive room.

  Disliked: I loved nearly everything about Hotel Rio. If anything I would say small slow life. I used the stairs alot.
