Liked: Near the station.
Disliked: The staff weren't very friendly and welcoming. Paper thin cushions. Had to aak for the airconditioning. but it was on a set 23 degrees, so it did not actually make the room any cooler. When we chevked out we had to pay extra for the two waters in the room which normally is complimentary at other hotels.
Superclean and luxurious hotel very close to Milano Central station – perfect for overnighters
Liked: We stayed here just one night as a stopover between Zürich (delayed) and Rome (delayed; our train days are over now). We for this reason we wanted a hotel as closed to the main train station as possible and found Soperga. The location is but a few block from the station. The hotel is "squeaky clean" (not what hotels near train stations are often know for) and gives you "luxury vibes". The staff was superfriendly and they kept our luggage safe while we walked down to see the Milano Duomo. We will stay here again should the need arise.
Disliked: The only drawback was that at night we could easily hear the TV from the adjacent room but when we asked the guests to lower the volume the problem was solved. We don't know whether these guests had cranked the TV up to superloud or whether the walls are just thin.
Great facility. Poor one on one experience
Liked: Nice bldg. nice room. Nice porter. Good location.
Disliked: The night clerk at reception was not pleasant. Not sure of his name but he checked us in and wasn’t cordial. The room was hot and no a/c so asked him to turn it on and he said he couldn’t. We should open the window. We did and my friend got bitten in the face by mosquito. I told him respectfully that he could say he couldn’t turn the a/c on but that he could be nicer in the way he said it. He shrugged.

Liked: Exactly as described and perfect for a short stay
Liked: Great location. Rooms are a bit dark but functional. Reception is very kind and welcoming
Disliked: I had a room at the end of the corridor and the internet was rather unstable and not strong
