Good
comfortable and convenient, good value
Liked: clean, comfy and great location near railway and not a long walk into the DOMO. Friendly staff with clean and comfortable rooms and good breakfast
Disliked: all good
Great hotel!
Liked: Everything was great. Staff amazing and helpful. Room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was really good, lots options, meat, sweets and etc. Location really good.
Great base to explore
Liked: Location closed to main station and metro. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Room did the job. Lots of pressure on shower and plenty of hot water.
Disliked: Noisy from around 6am with trams outside and people moving around within the hotel. Not a deal breaker Shower head needed a good clean as lots of lime scale on head.
Liked: Nothing except location.
Disliked: Room not clean Potable FULL noisy air-condition.
Liked: Water bottles
Disliked: Disappointed. Room allocated for one night was noisy due to busy roads and other occupants - unable to sleep. Facilities were below the star rating as the Deluxe Double sized bed was located against the wall - not good for couples. Cold water from shower took seven minutes to warm up. Do not recommend staying at this hotel unless you like the noise of constant traffic day and night, or alternatively bring ear plugs.
Great location
Liked: Great location and lady at the desk was friendly.
Disliked: The shower ran cold for 1 person's shower (around 15 minutes). The toilet and running water were extremely loud - tank at the back of the toilet extremely loud every time the toilet was flushed and the water was run. Very hot in the room but the hotel had provided a fan which was up and running before we arrived.
