Liked: Verry good location. Clean rooms. Best staff.
Ok for 1 night … could find better for a longer stay!
Liked: Reception area was very clean/modern & reception staff were welcoming. Good choice of breakfast.
Disliked: The rooms we had were outdated & very basic/stark compared to the one the night before in Chur. The breakfast area was full of dirty tables & customers looking for somewhere to sit. The areas of food could have a better layout - eg teabags with hot drink station & ketchup with the cold meats etc and my Husband wants it known that the mojito was the worst he’s tasted with no alcohol in it 😆😉
Liked: Clean hotel at central location close to METRO and tram station
Disliked: My daughter took an umbrella at the lobby and paid 2 Euro. When we checked out in the next morning, she returned it with the help of a staff. But just now her credit card is charged 18 Euro as if she had not returned the umbrella over 48 hours. there was no system to label the umbrella so hopefully this is a genuine mistake, and the money can be returned immediately. But it is important for Ibis to manage a system that track the return of the borrowed umbrella to avoid such unnecessary error!
