Exceptional
Modern, clean and good size room
Liked: The room size was good, everything was clean and modern and the shower was huge with double towel hanger. The location was close to many restaurants and short walk to the train station. The outdoor lounges in entry to building were nice to have an afternoon drink.
Disliked: The bed was very hard and for first couple nights we didn't sleep well. On the 3rd night we decided to ask if it was possible to have a mattress topper and this was done instantly. Great night sleep after this, so don't hesitate to ask if you like a softer bed.
My second stay this year at this hotel and will stay again
Liked: Best Stay, and best location in Milan close to Milano Centrale.
Disliked: Nothing

Great place to stay for our overnight in Milan
Liked: Proximity to the train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room size was very generous and well set out. We ate at the restaurant and the pasta was delicious. The breakfast had a large selection of food and was of a high standard.
Disliked: Nil
Definitely Recommend
Liked: INNSiDE was a pleasant surprise. Staff were great and room was lovely with a very comfy bed. Restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast and located within a 5 min walk to the train station which is a bonus. A very relaxed and inviting atmosphere in this welcoming hotel.
