Guest reviews
Fabulous
Will definitely rebook next time
Liked: Wonderful staff, very accommodating and welcoming! They upgraded our room and we had the best sleep in our month stay in Italy.
Liked: Hotel itself was fine, location boring (but we knew that upfront) but with good connections everywhere. Generally ok for the value, considering the cons.
Disliked: Poor soundproofing of the rooms, especially if your room is next to elevator. FYI - mattresses & pillows are on the hard side. Floor could be cleaner.
Liked: beautiful place, good value for money
Disliked: housekeepers kept knocking at the room door from 9am to 11am. checkout is at 12pm. unacceptable
Liked: Excellent
Disliked: Bed is small
Fun but a dampener when my AirPods went missing in my room
Liked: The rooms were clean.
Disliked: My AirPods were taken when I was out of the room.
Liked: Size
Disliked: A small spider in one room
