I am sorry for booking your hotel as a black South African

Liked: Nothing …pictures from Booking.com deceived me

Disliked: Reception staff very cold, I felt like I was intruding or trespassing in the hotel I had paid for. Requesting iron & board took over 45min to get to my room after several calls made to reception. The attitude from the receptionist who took long to pick up the phone. As I got sick, I slept in till about 11:30am and housekeeper knocked to service room. When I asked her to come back a little later…she rolled her eyes on me. The only person who was lovely was a lady at breakfast whom assisted me with breakfast box to take to my room as I was getting so sick on Saturday morning. Even this morning she came to check on me at breakfast.

I’m requesting a cancellation for my second night

  Liked: The bathroom was clean

Disliked: The staff, the location, the sheets had stains, no water provided in room, I requested early check in and then was approved months ago and then they says I could only do it if I paid an extra 30 euro

Would stay again if head back for a concert or conference

Liked: Large bedrooms. Rituals toiletries provided. Gym! Near the concert!! Parking. Great staff. Tea and coffee in the room. Nice bar!

Disliked: Location is very near the motorway and very industrial. But perfect for proximity to the concert at Rho fiera.

  City break

Liked: We stayed here for a girl's city break and had a lovely time overall. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the rooms are a great size. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had breakfast included, which was good, although there could have been a wider variety of options. The only downside was the location. It was great that the hotel provided a shuttle bus to the train station, but if you missed it, getting an Uber was quite expensive. It would be a big improvement if the hotel offered the shuttle service more frequently throughout the day.
