Exceptional
Disliked: Too noisy. The location on ground floor was adjacent to a busy street and too much noise...traffics, sirens, alarms etc. The Windows were not soundproofed
Perfect location, beautifully appointed apartment & as comfortable as anyone would need. We were there for 3 nights
Liked: Fabulous location...a 10 min walk to the Piazza Duomo via Corso Vittorio Emanuele ll The access system is brilliant, secure & easy to use. There is also the added bonus of having a Doorman until 7pm. Maria, the owner / contact was exceptionally helpful with recommendations for local (not touristy) restaurants & I would definitely take her advice regards that! Really enjoyed our 3 night stay.
Disliked: Nothing..loved everything.

A very comforting stay in Milan, near the central. Excellent service
Liked: Spacious and friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing, they accommodated everything. Th
Liked: The location is excellent, and the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. One thoughtful touch I really appreciated was that they provided a bidet spray in the bathroom without me having to ask for one.
Disliked: There is no self-check-in option using a phone app, so you need to make sure your phone battery lasts until the end of the day; otherwise, you might find yourself locked out and literally sleeping on the street. Of course, technology can sometimes go wrong. In our case, another guest was mistakenly given access to our apartment instead of their own. The hosts apologized, but no compensation was offered. Even for a one-hour late check-out, they charged an additional fee. The bed mattress was uncomfortable, and traffic noise was quite disturbing, especially at night when trying to sleep.
Liked: Everything was great! Lovely place and helpful staff.
Disliked: Very noisy street, making it difficult to sleep.
