Exceptional
A place definitely to recommend
Liked: Great place in an old parfum mill. Modern design, extensive rooms, nice bar (it should also open in the afternoon in sunny days). Quiet area close to many designers‘ headquarters
Disliked: thermal insulation poor, end of October relatively cold, hotel offers Dyson heaters, works proper bit causes dry airy
Unique hotel, clean,spacious and worth booking for a lovely experience. Loved the berry selection at breakfast
Liked: It was unique and felt we were looked after. Clean rooms that were spacious and beds very comfortable
Disliked: It was a shame the train over bridge was not open. Didn’t realise it was out of main area. Enjoyed this though! A few of the staff at breakfast were not very friendly particularly the women ticking off our room. Everything else was fantastic. Thanks
Excellent five stars hotel
Liked: Excellent hotel, very beautiful. The rooms were spacious well furnished. Modern used smart system. The stuff was helpful and extremely nice. The food is excellent.

Disliked: They didn’t provide the upgrade booking said we’d get Showed a junior premium for our room and we were instead given a junior deluxe. Told by property they don’t give junior premium rooms to booking.com customers.
