  Rude hosts, falsely advertised room

  Liked: It was clean

  Disliked: We booked a room that had 2 beds. The listing said in two places that it had a queen bed and a sofa bed. My adult son and I were traveling together, so this would have been perfect. The room only had one bed, and a loveseat sofa that did not pull out. The staff was extremely rude, told me I was the one that was mistaken, even after showing them the screenshots of my booking, and simply told me I could leave if I wanted. The room was also about 85 degrees inside when we checked in, and we had to search for the AC remote that was tucked inside a drawer.

  Liked: We had an absolutely incredible stay. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and conveniently closer to Linate airport. If you want a stay closer from the main points in Milan, this is not the place tho. Other than that, I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable stay, and reliable service!

  Excellent studio flat with everything you may need

  Liked: Lovely studio flat, perfect for a one-night stay during our road trip. Located within easy access to Milan and close to a massive shopping centre with everything you need. The studio is very cosy and had everything for a perfect stay - WiFi, Netflix, coffee, tea, water and juice in the fridge, croissants for breakfast. We were also provided bathroom kits for washing and shaving. Parking was easy to find and free.

  Best place to stay!

  Liked: Beautiful place with a cute bathroom and a cute kitchen. Everything is supplied (kitchen utensils, pots and pans and plates, and in the bathroom there's everything you need. Including a hair dryer, steamer to straighten your clothes, first aid kits and a little washing machine. There's even shoe polish!!). There's an air con to help control the temperature and two TVs, so you and your loved one can watch different things at the same time. Free wifi and a netflix account. The bed was relatively comfy. In general very good place for the price. I loved it!

  Disliked: It's a tiny bit far from the city, with you having to take the bus (there's 3 bus stations around, all between 4-7 minutes distance walk), then go to the metro to go to either duomo or Central FS. But once you get the hang of it it's easy, with travel being around 40 minutes. I'd recommend to use the ATM Milano app and buy a 90 mins ticket with you being able to use buses, metro, trams etc during the time, for only €2.20. Usually the bus drivers don't check and you'll have to scan it in the metro
