Very good
A disappointing stay in an outdated hotel masquerading as a four-star property
Liked: Nothing besides the staff who were very helpful and charming
Disliked: Nothing. This hotel should not be classified as four-star by any stretch of the imagination. They try to disguise outdated, poorly maintained facilities as “vintage charm” by adding an old telephone and record player to the rooms. But there is a big difference between vintage design and simply old, unrefurbished interiors. Instead of a minibar, guests have to go downstairs to buy drinks and snacks from what looks like a supermarket shelf, complete with supermarket-style pricing. Hardly charming. The lighting in the rooms is so poor that a candle might actually do a better job. If you need to work, good luck. And if you need to do your makeup, even worse. I have stayed in other hotels in Milan that offer far better standards without claiming to be five-star properties. Unfortunately, this hotel was booked at the last minute by the company during a congress, so I had little choice. A four-star rating should mean something. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.
Great Location for exploring Milan, but don't eat here
Liked: loved the retro feel of the hotel and it was in a good location
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing and very over-priced for what we got. Asked for a refund on breakfast, which we were given

Liked: Great little hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it is very close to the Duomo, only a few minutes from a metro station. Overall, very good.
Disliked: Breakfast had a great selection of cakes and pastries, though I would have liked a bit more fresh fruit.
Lovely quirky hotel in great area of Milan
Liked: Lovely quirky cool hotel in a great part of Milan (Santa Sofia). The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was big (315) with a handy terrace and good storage space. The room was a little dark, especially the bathroom - that really would benefit from better lighting as the tiles were dark green. Room was clean and they had a record player with some vinyl to play... i didn't get the change to find out if it actually worked - but thats a lovely touch, and suited the vibe of the hotel.
Great location with comfy beds
Liked: Convenient location. Bartender was very attentive.
Disliked: AirCon in room wasnt working. Bathroom was compact but adequate.

Liked: Great Staff very cooperative friendly helpful
Disliked: Bathroom, no enough lighting, toilet bowl was not clean, washing basin and bath top water was blocked (not flow) have bad smile.
