Liked: The room was very overly spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful especially with the shuttle service. The property is a 10min taxi ride from the main city attractions. The train station is also a stone throw away.
Disliked: The breakfast could be improved

Liked: Amazing stay, my room was beautiful and spacious, and because it was my birthday they gave me a little present which was nice! 😁 There is a tram station located roughly 300/400 meters that you can take to go into the centre.

Liked: The hotel has some positive aspects, especially the friendly and helpful staff, who made the stay more pleasant. The garage was also a big plus, as it provided a safe place to park the car.
Disliked: However, the location was quite far from the city centre, and the surrounding neighbourhood was not particularly appealing or upscale. The area did not meet my expectations in terms of location and atmosphere. The rooms felt a little dated, and unfortunately, our room was not as clean as expected, with some noticeable dust. Breakfast was decent, although the selection was quite limited.

Liked: We stayed in a Family Suite with our two children, and we absolutely loved it! The suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the separate sleeping areas for parents and children, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The interior design was unique, stylish, and full of character, creating a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. I was also pleasantly surprised by the wonderful selection of books in the room, including beautiful encyclopedias and literature. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to read them, but it was such a thoughtful and interesting detail! The suite was also very well equipped. There was a safe where we could securely store our valuables, a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a kettle. Having all these conveniences was especially helpful when traveling with children. There was also air conditioning in the rooms, which made everything even more comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, with both a bathtub and a shower. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained. We had breakfast at the hotel once. It was simple but lovely and enjoyable, and we were perfectly happy with it. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and there was always someone available at the reception, day and night. The hotel was also wonderfully quiet, and nobody disturbed us during our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience! Both children were happy, my husband loved it, and I enjoyed every detail. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. A beautiful, comfortable hotel with a charming atmosphere. We would happily stay here again!
Disliked: The only thing we found inconvenient was the lack of a sink in the kitchenette. Sometimes we simply wanted to wash our hands or rinse our cups after using them, but there was no sink in the kitchen area, so we couldn’t do that there. Even a small sink would have made the kitchenette much more practical and convenient, especially for a family. That was the only thing we felt could be improved.

Disliked: Nothing negative to mention. Everything during our stay was pleasant and exceeded our expectations including the staff were wonderful and helpful.
