Liked: Thay don’t answer the phone no one is direct responsible No feed back with prove from booking
Liked: The hospitality of the hostel, i got informations about how to move in the city and in one night I've been also invited to dine with them, no charge of course. Very lovely stay.
Disliked: I liked it a lot, so nothing to say really.
Uncomfortable and far away than my exception based on stars and booking ranking
Disliked: The place was noisy and for fresh air should open window eich you could not sleep with stret noise,the bed were low quality and by few movment of person in belw bed whole bed stsrt to shaking and woke up during night 4-5 times,this experience did not happenedcto me in perivous hostle And rank of this hostel was 7.5 wich was absoultly si far from 7 satar hostle and i just trust on star of booking rating wich male doubt about ranking of BOOKING site in future stay
Liked: Hosts Ebram and Mahmud (Mimmo) were very nice. They explained where to go in Milan and Ebram showed how to use the coffee machine.
Disliked: Room for 4 girls was a bit small but bathroom inside is nice.

If you take one step away from hostel, you're basically out of Milan!
Liked: I cautiously give you a fair feedback. Just posting young girls' photos singing a wall or photos of them in the garden doesn't mean you're becoming good! You try to bribe people to write you good reviews, instead post photos of your rooms which you have a 3 story bunk bed which is not good for dogs as well.
Disliked: It's a trend on these Egyptian hostels, you don't see the photos of the rooms in the beginning, they take photos of young girls who happen to come there, post it and use it as marketing, now how smart is that? It's a nightclub strategy! You see, the area of course is a rough area you don't like to come back to at night, homeless people hanging around the door at night asking for money and cigarettes, some are aggressive. I mean, the place doesn't have that much to offer, I'm surprised, it has a liddle garden which you can't even socialize there, everytime you come to the kitchen the staff is cooking for themselves. This type of hostel accommodation needs a little bit more professionalism which I hope you get there.
