  Excellent value for money, and a rather chic and relaxing atmosphere

  Liked: Breakfast was excellent, location was perfect, and the staff were all very corteous and helpful.

  Disliked: Replenishing items that ran out at breakfast was a bit disorganised and slow. On two occasions I got to my meetings late because I was waiting for food that was no longer there.

  Loved my Milano stay at NH Milano CityLife

  Liked: Loved the building itself, the modern style, the room and the staff. Everything is easy there

  Disliked: Location is a bit away from center but not an issue at all as metro station is very close

  Comfortable and clean, a little far out

  Liked: The hotel was lovely, however very corporate. We booked for a city break and felt it wasn’t really suitable for tourists. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

  Disliked: It felt more suited for business trips. The pool was closed the entire time we were there due to the weather, which was disappointing as there’s no much else going on in the hotel if you cannot use this.

  Liked: Room was clean and modern. Rooftop pool was a huge bonus.

  Disliked: Pool was super shallow, couldnt swim at all. Staff was a little rude at many occasions.
