Liked: Everything
Handy location, comfortable but no frills
Liked: Location - The hotel was handy for Linate airport, Fabrique concert venue and the metro into Milan. Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Bathroom is very dated.
When I travel I search to have the same condition like my home. But at this hotel I frosted myself like when I was a kid
Liked: The position is very good.
Disliked: Seems like I am back in the comunist era. The heating doesn’t work. It was a nightmare. Last time for me.
Novotel was perfect for an overnight stay when having an early flight. The beds were comfortable
Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable, and it was nice to have the little sofa in the room as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was nice to have grassy areas for pet relief and the cute little gift for the pet was a nice gesture. Loved the wooden room keys!
Disliked: The bathroom was adequate, but perhaps a sliding door would be more appropriate as the regular door would almost hit the toilet when fully opened. Shower was nice. The sink faucet was far back from the actual sink.
Second stay in 6 months - convenient for a short trip!
Liked: Great shower, water pressure, bed size and comfort, proximity to Fabrique music venue, breakfast options, convenient local transport options nearby (tram 27 direct to the Duomo). Large TV in room. Great shuttle to/from Linate airport, proximity to Linate is great.
Disliked: A bit far from central Milan. Surrounding area is largely industrial - in an ideal world, it would be great to have more food/entertainment/bar options in the area, maybe even a shopping mall.

Liked: Convenient for airport and concert venue
Disliked: Breakfast average. No hot plates for hot food
