  Cozy atmosphere, and fantastic staff

Liked: We had a lovely stay at ODSweet Milano. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by May, a wonderful receptionist who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly. She immediately made us feel at home and set the tone for a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a unique and playful character. The rooms are elegant, with some quirky and slightly kitschy decorative touches, from rabbit statues to mirrors with neon lights. These details give the hotel its own distinctive personality. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with a friendly atmosphere. Special thanks to May for her wonderful hospitality and for making our visit even more memorable!

Disliked: a bit expensive, but they try very hard to compensate for their price - gifts, smiles, full mini bar for free
