Exceptional
Luxurious comfort in a standout neighborhood
Liked: Excellent location in the wonderful neighborhood of Brera--close enough to most of the city center's highlights, but removed enough for a more local feel. The bathroom size (and great lighting), bath products (Clarins), and water pressure were definitely a highlight! Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was great--special kudos to Davide, who remembered our order by day 2.
Disliked: The room temperature (it would not go below 20C and the room felt a bit humid). In general, the staff was courteous, but felt a tad more distant/corporate than in other hotels (within Italy) where we stayed in this trip.

Liked: Palazzo Parigi defines luxury in Milan. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the warmth and professionalism that only the very finest hotels seem able to achieve. Every interaction from the GM, concierge, front desk & valet team was seamless, gracious, and genuinely welcoming. No request was ever too much trouble, and every detail was handled with remarkable efficiency. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably maintained, offering a level of comfort and elegance that is increasingly rare. What impressed us most was the hotel’s ability to combine grand, five-star luxury with highly personalized service. It is polished without ever feeling formal, attentive without being intrusive. After this stay, there is no question where we will stay whenever in Milan. Palazzo Parigi is our hotel of choice.
