  Pleasant

Liked: An apartment with fresh renovations, new furniture, and cleanliness.

Disliked: There are too many restrictions, for example, a clause about waste sorting in the contract, a ban on parties, and noise. In general, you should understand that there are a lot of limitations in this apartment. The registration process is strange: I was asked to take a selfie with my passport in hand, and then to sign a contract filled with restrictions. There’s no microwave. The host responds with a delay of 1-2 days.
