Great
Liked: All the staff were lovely and so accommodating. The flat was very clean with all basic necessities provided such as coffee, tea, utensils, dishwasher etc. Aircon was available too which was great for the heat wave. It’s walking distance to the centre with both metro and tram stations close by.
Disliked: Nothing major just the pillows were a little uncomfortably to sleep through at night. If you’re a light sleeper, you might struggle to sleep due to it getting a little noisy at night but this wasn’t a problem for us!
Liked: Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Pros: - Very clean apartment. - Easy and quick communication with the host. - Great location, with easy access to nearby attractions.
Disliked: Cons: - The listing mentions parking, but there is no private parking provided. Instead, guests need to use a public parking area next to the building and pay for it. This should be made clearer in the description. - The sound insulation could be better, as we could hear the neighbours. Fortunately, the building became quiet after around 11:00 p.m. to midnight, so it didn't affect our sleep too much.

Liked: The host was promptly at hand to hand over the keys to us on arrival. All the basic amenities we required were available in the apartment. The location was very central, Metro station was 4 minutes walk from the apartment
Disliked: The floor is unattractive and unappealing. The bed did not have a head-rest and side-board. The room abuts a busy road, Via dei Pellegrini and the noise from street sweepers and pedestrians was very discomforting, as well as noise from guests on the upper floor.

Liked: Location! Warm welcome! The courtyard is beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The shower water pressure was great. Nice to have a washer though we didn’t use it. The space felt secure and in a good neighbourhood.
Disliked: The courtyard picture didn’t represent the unit. The windows all have a frosted film for privacy because the unit is on an alley below street level. The space ends up feeling rather windowless. We could not get the coffee pot to work.
