Great fit for family of 4 with two teenagers. Marco and Alina are incredibly helpful
Liked: Marco and Alina were incredible hosts. Our flight from the US was moved up and we arrived in Milan much earlier than expected when we booked here. Marco met us, checked us in, let us store our luggage in the office and gave us the keys to the apartment. When we came back much later when the apartment was ready (and we were very jet lagged) Marco had moved all our bags into the apartment already. After we checked out and moved onto our next destination, Alina contacted me that we left headphones in the apartment. She boxed them up and shipped them to our last location in Italy. After we left Italy, Alina contacted me again because they found earrings my teenage daughter left there. Alina packaged them up and shipped them to the US. She really went out of her way to help us The apartment was perfect for our family with 2 teenagers and 2 adults. We did so much touring we did not spend much time in the apartment, but it was very comfortable, quiet, and clean.
Disliked: The location was a bit further out from Milan Central than we expected. We took the city bus to get to and from the train/metro station and then took the train/metro into the central parts of Milan. It was also in a very residential area and therefore not many restaurants were nearby.
Lovely large apartment with everything you need
Liked: Spacious and clean apartment 10 minutes walk from metro line 2. We chose this apartment as our base for going to a concert at the Unipol forum, and it was perfect for a quick return after the concert, we felt perfectly safe walking home late at night. It is also close enough to the center that a visit to the tourist sites is very easy and convenient too. We found the kitchen to be well stocked, with two large supermarkets within walking distance. Our host met us at check in and was very friendly. Wifi was good.
Disliked: There was a power cut while we were staying, host was quick to respond and the issue was resolved within 30 min.
